Live for every customer

  • Agencies: one workspace for many client companies — each with its own profile, leads, bids and mailbox — plus all-clients views of Today, Overview and Metrics.
  • Sign up yourself, as one company or as an agency: 15-day free trial, no card.
  • Before the RFP: a recompete forecast, planned procurements, state and local contract registers, and fiscal-year timing.
  • Geography: place of performance, a radius filter and a map of open opportunities.
  • Branded Word and PDF export for RFP responses, bid briefs, compliance matrices and the pipeline forecast.
  • Files you upload to a pursuit — PDF or Word — are read by the drafter, the compliance matrix and document search.
  • Campaigns list who was held back from a send, and why.
  • Today: one queue of what needs a person — replies, touches due, RFPs closing, amendments, Tier A leads.
  • Your first pull runs the moment you save your profile; sources show when they last refreshed.
  • Buyer contacts: the contracting officers named on every federal notice, searchable.
  • Won / Lost / No-bid with a reason, and win rate by agency, category, value band and set-aside.
  • Send from your own domain (seven providers) under a reputation governor; replies captured back to the lead.
  • HubSpot sync: approved leads, contacts and deals; stages moved in HubSpot come back.
  • Webhooks and Slack for every event; saved views; bulk actions; CSV export; a command palette.

Building now

In progress this month

  • The phone app, built around four verbs — approve a lead, acknowledge an amendment, answer a reply, glance at Today. It is in testing; the store listing comes next.

Next

Committed, not yet started

  • Reply capture for Microsoft Graph and Gmail-API mailboxes (IMAP mailboxes work today).
  • Salesforce sync, following HubSpot.
  • Deeper state and local coverage — the free portal adapters first; a paid feed only with the numbers to justify it.

Later, or only with a customer asking

Honest about what is not on the list

  • SOC 2 attestation — the controls exist; the audit is bought when a procurement needs it.
  • A cost-volume / pricing module.
  • Post-award contract management — out of scope for a capture product.
  • Cooperative purchasing catalogues (NASPO ValuePoint, OMNIA, TIPS, E&I, SEWP): they publish no machine-readable lists, and we won't scrape a directory whose terms don't allow it.
